The Cambridge Audio Aero 2 speakers use a technology that sets them apart from other designs. Instead of a conventional tweeter, the Aero 2 uses BMR drivers for sensational results. Unlike normal tweeters, these go deep into the mid-range giving a much smoother transition between mid-range and treble for incredibly life-like vocals.

They also image exceptionally well, giving a broad, room-filling sound, without the need for precise room placement. Left to concentrate on the bass and only the very lowest part of the mid-range, the matching 6-inch woofers can perform their task of providing a punchy beat with aplomb. The Aero cone woofers are specially designed to complement the BMR drivers and have similar sonic characteristics in terms of their precision and rhythm.

The cabinets come in a choice of Dark Walnut or Black to suit all types of dCcor and are expertly braced to minimise cabinet resonance and distortion. Using a front bass reflex port gives effortless bass, even at low volumes and helps contribute to the high sensitivity of 90dB, making these speakers easy to run with low-powered amps. The end result is cabinets that look and sound great.
