THIS VERSION COMES WITH PSVANE KT88 VALVES, SEE ALSO KT120 and KT150 VERSIONS. The amplifier is the same as the KT120/KT150 only the output valves are different. Finished and commissioned in Leicester (Bespoke upgrades are available). The Stereo 60 MKIII is almost identical to the MKIV version, same power, same performance but slightly different driver valves. Make no mistake this amplifier is big and heavy (35KG). Powerful amplifiers need big transformers with lots of copper. Apart from its 80 Watts Ultralinear Power it offers a very economical way to get 50 Watts of pure triode.

80 Watts Per Channel into 8 or 4 Ohms. Designed for KT120/KT150 and KT88. Record loop with tape monitor. Easy Bias with built in meter. Point to point wiring without Printed circuit board.

Please note the photo shows upgraded driver valves not included, standard types will be supplied (Same style "David Shaw" version with clear glass and brown base, see ST60 MK IV and ST40 MK IV). We have several units which are. Now the MK IV these are the very similar MKIII, the main difference being the first stage driver tubes from changed from 6SL7 to 6SN7. 2B grade; Brand new and technically perfect they may have acquired very slight blemishes (probably unnoticeable to most people) such as scratches, scuff marks, paint chips etc during production which were not noticed until afterwards. A photo of the blemish for the unit for sale is available on request. Complete with matched valves, remote control, manual, mains lead, box. Full details are on our website.
